Please, again, do not ask, why its called what its called. (TBRttMoN stands for The Bus Ride to the Middle of Nowhere) The truth will be revealed soon. Ha, ha. Well... I decided to continue this. I still need your guys opinions on this fan-fic. And also I need two mais characters. I will decide on who you will play. So... yeah. Read and review (please?)
Kowalski was busy working on some blueprints for some invention that would eventually help mankind or destroy them all. Who knows…? Suddenly, Kowalski’s pinguim eyebrows twitched. Something wasn’t right. Something was out of place. There was no annoying voice going off how smart she was and other stuff.
“UGH!” Kowalski groaned loudly.
“Admit it,” Skipper teased, patting Kowalski’s head, “You miss Catherine, do you?”
“No, I’m glad she’s gone!” Kowalski shouted quickly. A little too quickly. Skipper raised his pinguim eyebrows.
“Alright, I miss her… A lot. It’s just not right. It’s too quiet and blissful,” Kowalski said. Skipper sighed and rolled his eyes.
“She’s been gone for a week. She’s gonna be back seguinte week, she said so herself,” Skipper assured him, looking at Kowalski sympathetically.
“But we don’t know when seguinte week,” Private said, butting into the conversation. He turned his head from the TV to look at Skipper and Kowalski. Kowalski did a head desk. He looked at Rico hopefully. Rico sighed, put Ms. Perky down and looked through the periscope yet again. Rico’s eyes widened.
“OH, OH!” Rico said and started saying aleatório jibber jabber.
“Let me see Rico,” Skipper said, looking through the periscope. He saw Alice coming with a large crate.
“Pretty big for a small pinguim like Catherine, huh?” Skipper muttered, looking at the crate, “Let’s roll out boys.” The penguins got up and jumped out the fishbowl entrance. The boys looked up at Alice as she set the engradado, caixa down and pried the topo, início open. She sighed.
“Two female penguins from the Sydney Aquarium,” she told the penguins. They blinked, pretending they didn’t understand. Alice rolled her eyes and walked away.
“You know, you should really learn some respect you idiot!” A familiar voice said.
“You should shut up,” An Australian accent growled. Suddenly the sound of a slap came from the crate. It wasn’t long until a little pinguim with purple eyes came out. She had a red mark across her cheek. She sighed and looked up at the boys.
“Oy, idiots. Did you miss me?” the girl pinguim said.
“More than you would think, Catherine,” Kowalski said, running up to hug her. Catherine smiled and pushed Kowalski away.
“Oh so you did miss me?” Catherine said, “Well, I know someone who missed Skipper even more.” Catherine went towards the engradado, caixa and knocked on it.
“Miss Lilly-san, please come out,” Catherine said in a sweet but serious voice. A girl with a bow in her feathers came out of the crate. She looked up, saw Skipper and smiled.
“Hey Skipper,” Lilly sighed than shook her head, “No, that’s not why I’m here.”
“Lilly was visiting in Antarctica too while I was at the marching convention for The Antarctic Pride,” Catherine said, “She came to me with bad news and I knew I just had to come back early. Right, Lilly-san?”
“That’s right,” Lilly said, narrowing her eyes, “And I’m telling you, it wasn’t such a sweet ride with this nutball.”
“Who you calling a nutball?” Catherine said, trying to be cute. Lilly rolled her eyes.
“Does this concern all of us or only Skipper?” Kowalski asked, putting his flippers together.
“I think all of you guys,” Lilly said, smiling weakly, “But Private may not understand it as much as Skipper does.”
“This message comes from the Hexagon,” Lilly said seriously. The three senior members of the pinguim crew raised their eyebrows. Private, though, was a little confused.
“What’s the Hexagon?” Private asked.
“I’ll explain it all in the old HQ,” Catherine said, “Besides, when’s the last time I did an experiment with good old Kowaru-san?”
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“Kowalski, explain this part to me,” Catherine said, holding up a piece of paper to Kowalski’s face.
“Not now, Catherine, you should be explaining the situation with Lilly,” Kowalski said, shoving Catherine beside Lilly. Catherine smiled really big at Lilly. Lilly rolled her eyes and sighed.
“So, Catherine, what exactly happened?” Skipper asked, “You’ll probably remember it better, since your specialty is memorization.”
“Aye, aye, sir!” Catherine said, saluting her skipper. She put on a thinking face and looked off into o espaço somewhere. Than something came to her and she nodded her head thoughtfully.
“OK, guys, flashback time!” Catherine shouted, looking in one direction. The boys and Lilly looked in another direction. Catherine looked at them strangely.
“Guys, over here,” Catherine said, pointing the direction that she was looking. They all looked in the direction that Catherine was looking.
FLASHBACK!
Catherine was standing in front of a crowd of little penguins about the age of one to two human years old. Catherine was explaining everything about marching band.
“In marching band, you can play all sorts of instruments. It also prepares you for the military world if you’re getting into that. But if you’re planning on it, make sure you’re prepared for it. Remember, a pinguim never sleeps,” Catherine explained, “Any perguntas about what instruments you can play?” A lot of flippers went up and everyone started talking rapidly.
“Some student you have there, Hopkins,” A sandra said.
“Well, she was an amazing marcher. It’s good to see her talking about band again,” Hopkins said, smiling a little. Suddenly, another sandra came up, a female pinguim with a bright blue bow on. Catherine looked up and a worried expression came across her face.
“Lilly-san, what are you doing here?” Catherine said.
“You know the princess of Antarctica?” one of the little girl pinguim asked, astonished. The others gasped, looking at Catherine with wide eyes.
“Yeah, you could say that. I have to speak to Lilly privately now,” Catherine said, smiling gently at the kids, “Monique, take over for a sec!” Catherine was shoved por Lilly behind the poster board.
“Catherine, something urgent happened at the Hexagon!” Lilly shouted silently. The Hexagon… Catherine thought. Every time she heard about news there, she would get nervous. It was always bad news every time news came from the Hexagon. Lilly started explaining rapidly what had happened.
“He really is?” Catherine asked, a little surprised, “That’s so… awful.”
“I know. We need to get word to Skipper right away,” Lilly said, her eyes wide.
“Now?” Catherine asked. She looked at the kids sitting in front of Monique, stunned at how marching bands worked.
“But I’m teaching little chicks,” Catherine said, pointing at the little penguins.
“I know, but this is mais important!” Lilly shouted.
“Something wrong, Miss Lilly?” a voice said. They looked behind to see that Hopkins was standing a few feet from them.
“Band director Hopkins, I need to talk to you,” Catherine said rapidly. She pulled the band director to the side. As far as Lilly could tell, they were arguing. Than Catherine must have said something, because realization dawned on the old band director’s face. After a few minutes, Catherine slid on her belly towards Lilly.
“We’ve got to hurry if we’re gonna catch the seguinte ferry to Sydney Harbour,” Catherine told Lilly. Lilly nodded and the two girls headed in the direction of the official pinguim docks.
END FLASHBACK!
“So, what exactly happened to General Hatfield?” Skipper asked, leaning in his seat.
“Who’s General Hatfield?” Private asked curiously.
“He was Skipper’s mentor. He was part of the young skipper’s mentoring program before he became the general,” Kowalski explained, “The two of them were… well, really close you could say.”
“Well,” Lilly said. She closed her eyes and looked down wistfully.
“Well, what?” Skipper said, standing up, “Tell me now!” Lilly gulped and looked at Catherine. Catherine just shrugged.
“General Hatfield… has been kidnapped…” Lilly said softly, looking Skipper in the eyes.

The boys agreed to Kowalski's terms without asking questions. He injected her with the goop and within segundos she was back to her normal self. A ano LATER-SPRING.
Lilly had just injected herself with the hormone stablizer so she would not go love- crazed again. Just then, Mort arrives. " Hi pretty pinguim lady!!" " Hi Mort." Lilly says in a friendly tone. "What'cha got there?" she asked. " A letter for you!" He gives her the letter and runs off." Wait... I can't read." She says to herself. So Lilly heads off to Mason's habbitat. " Mason!" Lilly calls. " Do you think you could read this to me? I have no idea who wrote this!" " Okay. Phill! This nice pinguim would like a translation if you may?" Phill comes and does his sighn language thing. " Ooh.." says Mason suprisingly. "Looks like you've got a secret admirer." Lilly blushes and tries to hide the nerveous expression on her face. " What does it say?"
