Yes but she didn't acctually mean it. She only tried to do it because she wanted to stop naruto from going after Sasuke but luckily It didn't stop naruto and Sakure was sorry afterwards. Please ignore my bad spelling! :D

Yes but it wasn't sincere. She lied to try and stop naruto from pursuing Sasuke and to relieve him of the promise he made her three years ago. Sai even told naruto after Sakura left that she was going to kill Sasuke to save him from his path of evil, because her amor for him runs that deep.
