At the CIE HQ in Canterlot

P: So you let the enemy escape?
Con: I didn't. They blew up my car, and I had to retreat.
P: So you did let him escape?
Con: Fine, I let him escape! You happy?

S: Still in Canada, but at Neighagra Falls.
