What are cool room ideas for my minecraft house?

I can't think of anything I want to do in one of my rooms. It's difficult is because the floor is carpet and the walls are wood, so it can't be flame-y. Even besides that, certain designs just don't work with carpet. (I'd send a picture, but my minecraft is on a different computer)
What have you guys done?

Maybe use the new banners on your windows (it makes it look like curtains) and get a pet or two in there, replace some wood with bricks and make a fogo place for the fire, you could make anything with your imagination, I hoped this helps!
