I remember visiting this website once...
It was called I Dream of Jeannie TV mistakes, goofs and bloopers
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
Vote on I Dream of Jeannie and more TV shows at The Big Fat List
Other mistake: About 3 minutes into the show, Don Rickles\' character goes around a corner to get some equipment but you can see his left arm at the corner while he\'s waiting for his spot to come back into the scene.
Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning of the episode, Jeannie is talking on the phone by the stairs and her sister is hiding behind the banister. Her sister stands up for a moment and shows her full face, revealing that it is actually Barbara Eden\'s stand-in wearing the green costume.
Continuity mistake: Throughout this episode, the coat rack behind Major Nelson\'s front door alternates between having a coat of arms decoration in the middle or nothing in the middle. It seems this episode was filmed while a set change was taking place, since previous episodes feature a hand holding a bell as the center decoration for the coat rack and following episodes feature the coat of arms decoration.
Plot hole: In the episode "There Goes the Bride," Haji warns Jeannie that she will lose her powers if she marries Tony. Yet, she marries him in this episode and does not lose her powers.
Continuity mistake: When Tony is down to mouse-size, he bounces against his full-size tennis racket and skews the strings. He hides, and when the cat walks in front of the racket, the strings are straightened.
Revealing mistake: The "ocean" behind Tony and his mother is a painted backdrop; the waves aren\'t moving.
Regular membership is free, or premium members have no adverts, forum access, and more, for just $10 a year.
Factual error: At the end of the episode, Major Nelson leaves his Cocoa Beach, Florida, house and drives down the street. Behind the house at the end of the street (which is the home used for the Stephens family on "Bewitched"), there is a mountain. There are no mountains in Cocoa Beach.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jeannie is swinging outside on Major Nelson\'s patio, the top of the soundstage and the ropes holding up the backdrop are visible when the camera switches to a low angle. A moment later, it is visible again, but only for a second.
Audio problem: While Jeannie and Roger are talking in the grocery store, the food cans in Roger\'s hands hit each other with a hollow thud, revealing that they\'re both empty.
Continuity mistake: Tony goes from wearing a casual jacket to wearing his NASA uniform in the middle of a conversation with Jeannie.
There Goes the Best Genie I Ever Had - S2-E22
Revealing mistake: When Jeannie floats into the bedroom, the device she is sitting on is partially visible.
Continuity mistake: In first scene the gardener is cutting red roses. When he is seen again, in close up, the flowers are yellow.
Continuity mistake: The living room floor plan changes in season 2, but then some episodes revert back to the original season living room. It seems to bounce back and forth. There are also times when Jeannie\'s bottle is on the bar...but then after the cutaway it is on the desk.
Visible crew/equipment: After Tony and Roger help General Peterson to the couch to lie down, when they leave the office we can see the actors\' tape marks on the floor beside the couch.
Revealing mistake: "I Dream of Jeannie" was produced by Screen Gems. During the outside scene filmed on the backlot, when Roger meets a former girlfriend, the Screen Gems logo, with the words "Screen Gems" below it, can be seen on a building in the background.
Continuity mistake: In the first ever episode Tony states that his mother is in Salt Lake City, implying this is where she lives. However in the episode where she visits Tony, she is from Bridgeport and then in the last few episodes of season five Tony talks about growing up in Ohio.
Continuity mistake: As Tony is suiting up for his mission, he\'s talking to the General (who happens to be the father of his fiancee). The General says that when Tony returns they will have a bachelor party for him. Tony is wearing a wedding ring, in later scenes he has none.
Plot hole: As Jeannie is walking down the aisle with Dr. Bellows, she sees the first photographer about to take a photo. A second before the photo is snapped, she blinks in the mannequin, which can be photographed. Later, though, when Jeannie and Tony are watching the film of the wedding, the mannequin is not visible, either. In the film, the photographer can be seen snapping that first photo (at this point, Dr. Bellows is walking down the aisle with the mannequin), but the film still shows Dr. Bellows walking down the aisle alone.
Continuity mistake: When they are in the park, Roger is sent to the phone booth to call Jeannie, but ends up having a conversation with the operator. When Dr. Bellows pulls up, the phone booth is empty. Yet, a few minutes later, Roger is shown still in the phone booth. Because he mentions the original reason for his call, it is clear that this is supposed to be the same conversation.
Plot hole: When Roger arrives at 1020 Palm Drive, he thinks Major Nelson\'s house is gone, but he soon discovers the house is still there, but invisible. He opens the door to enter and closes the door behind himself. Yet, from inside the closed house, Roger is able to hold a normal conversation with Mr. Winkler, who is on the street. The window was not open, since Roger opens the invisible window to climb out of the house.
I Dream of Jeannie and Bewitched were right next to each other at the studio, and many of the actual sets and props were shared between the two shows. Both shows also shared Dick Albain, the Special Effects expert, who worked on the two shows for quite awhile.
