I am opposed to this pick as I have detailed before...hahaha.
This is hard because this one is my favorite as far as hottness goes...BUT...my favorite is Help Me because of the tender happiness of it.

Surprisingly, after having watch and rewatched this clip thousands of times, I choose Joy. The "mechanic" of it it's much more perfect than I have first thought. The UMS one, though, will always hold a special place in my heart ;)

the little kiss right at the door was so perfect too.

I still say the "Joy" kiss is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. The way they look at each other at the end! OMG. Pure love, fear, and excitement rolled into glances. And how stunned they both are. 100% passion, my friends. And it was "real." That kiss got me addicted.

well this pick can easily turn into a Huli discussion.
My fave kiss is Joy but this one is better 'entertainment' I guess.

OMG this is a difficult one. They are all special.

But I will go with UMS for this simple reason, HUGH and that TONGUE of his are leathal. WHO kisses their co-star like THAT. Nope I pick it for it's HULIness...

Having said that. Joy was beautiful. I agree that look the insecurity and the actual kiss was awesome and meaningful.
Like he's trying to say "This is the only way I know to comfort you. I'm sorry I've been such a bastard." And just a glimmer if Huli.

And Help Me, well that was just good old fashioned MAKING OUT. Soft, searching and sexy....... 100% HUGH & LISA !!!

its full of Huli passion with no doubt, that scene i think it was totally real.... and between House and Cuddy that was HOT...

I love how confused & vulnerable they both were in this moment and the kiss is such a all out release. IDK, I also like Cuddy's baggy sweater arms wrapping around House like a love blanket.
