Yea absoultely, I think both "Euphoria" and "Living the Dream" especially showed what a difficult job Cuddy has in dealing with what is right ethically versus what is right according to the rules.
I love how this is brought up on the show so often. There are more than enough examples of situations where the characters have to decide if they think a rule should be bent or broken in order to benefit the patient.
I completely agree with Kellis (K), Cuddy is often made to have to pick between what may be right and what is right for the hospital. But I think they do a good job of showing while the adminstrator normally is seen as a heartless figure, they show Cuddy as exactly the opposite, one who feels compulsively guilty towards all patients.
