My birthday is coming on the 6th of October and I want a House related cake. I need more suggestions because Hy-Vee and Judy wouldn't make a big Vicodin bottle. :( I thought about a cane, a red thong, a suringe, and a copy of the one House head-dunked into on the episode 'Broken'. Please post any suggestions you have for a House cake. And just to let you know, I dont care what kind of cake it is, but im definently having caramel ice cream as a reference to the stripper Karamel.
