Well, logically, she would keep her keep her last name as Cameron. My aunt and uncle are both doctors in the same hospital and it would be too confusing to have two "Dr. Holland"s in a hospital so when they got married she kept her maiden name to avoid confusion.
But everyone in the hospital already knows Cameron as Cameron, so even if she does change her name she will still be called Cameron
her first name is Allison. Allison Cameron. Now it will OFFICICALLY be Allison Chase (that is if she legally changed it) she'll 99.9% go por Cameron still though
there are some women that don't change thier last name after they get married, and i think cameron will be one of them. i mean, many people know her as dr. cameron, people call her cameron, it's the name she is recognized by, so i don't think it'll change.
