Starring in perhaps TV most fashionable show - and dating stylish co-star Blake Lively - has taught Penn Badgley a thing or two about fashion.

Well, at least regarding what it says about a person: “What a woman wears says a whole lot about her confidence,” Penn tells Cosmopolitan.

Penn includes sweater dresses and V-necks amongst his favorito items to see on any woman: "A sweaterdress really can be the sexiest thing."

"As a man, I just like the simpler things,” says the Gossip Girl star. “A plunging V-neck looks like she pulled it off the floor of a man’s bedroom."

"There’s something so sensual about it.”

Penn Badgley is even a fã of fall’s hottest shoes, the over-the-knee boot. “If a strong, secure girl wears thigh-high boots, it can be stunning and powerful.”

At least Blake knows her on-screen friend and off-screen amor appreciates her style! Not that it's a huge chore for him to be dating Blake Lively, we imagine.

Watching Chuck and Blair actually make it as a couple has been one of the biggest treats of this Gossip Girl season's first four episodes. But will it last?

Also, is that rumored Gossip Girl threesome actually gonna happen?

Michael Ausiello of EW addresses both perguntas in his Q&A today:

Q: I know you won’t say who partakes in the threesome on Gossip Girl, so I won’t even bother asking. I just want to know if it’s a dream or if it’s real.

A: Oh, it’s real.

Q: I would amor some (good) news about Chuck and Blair from Gossip Girl!

A: It doesn’t get much better than this: They’re still together and (relatively) happy through at least episode 11.

Just my opinion but i really do think that people over exaggerate how much Vanessa/Jess is hated. Personally I am not too keen on her, but i don't hate her, she's never done anything seriously wrong. People amor Jenny and look at all the shit she has caused? and yet everyone complains that Vanessa is hated? People seem to think she is hated because she goes out with Ed Westwick... i ask, are you serious?! Jealous maybe but not hatred. I think the reason she is 'hated' is because she hasnt been given a decent storyline at all or because she isn't an insider.
