No Rachel and Joey were never meant to be together and Rachel got back with Ross in the final episode. So Rachel didn't end up MARRIED to Ross either.
The spinoff Joey doesn't really count for me (I actually never watched it) but I heard that Joey ended up with that Alex girl...
