Tonight's rewatch: Both Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante shorts
Last time watched: 2018

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
Like Frozen, these shorts came out in my 20s so I wasn't a kid but like I said before, I'm a kid at heart! I was hesitant to watch both shorts because I kept hearing a lot of Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante haters call these shorts cash cows and said the holiday special was boring. I hardly heard anything positive about both shorts. I watched Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante Fever about a week or two after it premiered and I loved it and I finally watched Olaf's Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante Adventure around natal time last ano and, again, loved it!

Why I amor these shorts so much:
Cash cows or not, these shorts are so incredibly fun to watch if you just sit down and enjoy it without overthinking some things.

In Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante Fever we see mais of Elsa and Anna together which is something I had expected to see in Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante and this time we see them having fun together. And Elsa and Anna's separation is brought up in a way that doesn't try to manipulate anyone into feeling sorry for Elsa on Anna's birthday. It's only mentioned a couple times where Elsa wants so badly to make it up to Anna for not having a real birthday for her whole life.

I amor the follow the string activity Elsa set up for Anna and it's something I would amor to do for a kid's birthday or natal with my family.

Olaf's Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante Fever was another cute special that focused mais on Olaf trying to find a tradition for Elsa and Anna for the holidays. It was so fun seeing different traditions celebrated por different people that were either very common or were unique.

Elsa and Anna's seperation was brought up again and this time it does make you feel sad for the characters because it was the right time for it. Elsa blames herself that they weren't able to celebrate the holidays properly for so many years that they don't even remember what their original traditions were. It brings attention to how in the dark Anna and Elsa felt their whole lives if even Anna was unable to celebrate while Elsa was in her room. The fact that Olaf was part of their tradition was a surprise I definetely didn't see coming even though several people probably did. It was a cute way of showing the audience that Olaf wasn't just a snowman the sisters played with possibly once at the beginning of the movie and was then randomly brought back.

Specials:
Unlike the movie Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante I had fun watching both the specials the whole time. The thing I loved the most about these specials is that unlike encantada Tales the Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante specials weren't trying so hard to teach the viewers a lesson they both were just telling a story.

Rating: 9/10 and 9/10

Would I watch it again?
Heck yes!

seguinte week's movie will be Mulan!

Snow White ___________________________

In the beginning of the Grimm's Tale Schneewittchen, Snow White's mother pricks her finger with a sewing needle and three drops of her blood fall onto the snow which lay on the ebony windowsill. Oddly enough, this made her long for a daughter of a similar color scheme. While this reflects the arc of the story: (white)innocence, (red)maturity & love, and (black)death, her name particularly represents a season when the world metaphorically sleeps only to be inevitably awakened with the coming of spring.

Hello everybody, I just wanted to inform that this artigo is completely my personal option. There is absolutely no need to have a hissy fit if my opinion doesn’t conform to yours. Feel free to comment what your own ranking is if you wish. Anyways, let’s get on with this ranking.

#14 Merida

“I’m a boy with long hair.”
“I’m a boy with long hair.”

Merida is one of the most hideous animated females ever. She just screams ugly, unfeminine and manliness. She is the epitome of what’s wrong with strong female characters (or just females in general). Her head shape is hideous and makes her look...

Another fun idea that came to mind, we take two princesses see just how much they have in common. I wanted Pocahontas and Rapunzel first because Punz is a pretty good balance of qualities found in the classic, renaissance and revival princesses so it's easy to do this with her. Plus, it's a very common misconception that Poca is just this peaceful spiritual wise soul, and that's only half of her personality. What better way to debunk that than to compare her to the one of the bubbliest princesses

At first glance because Pocahontas looks mature and Rapunzel looks youthful, some would assume...

This is my guess:
Aurora:I always thought she's tall, but she can be medium height either. I would say 1.70 m,but she can be under that too.
Pocahontas:She's very tall, almost as tall as John Smith and he was tall. She has really long legs too.I guess 180-182 m.
Cinderella: I think she's average height. She's shorter than Aurora. Anything from 165-169 m.She can look tall sometimes.
Esmeralda:She's not a disney Princess, but I read somewhere that she's the tallest of all disney Princesses.
My guess is anything from 180 to 184 m.Don't know if she and Pocahontas would be same heght.
Elsa:I read that she...

Yesterday morning, when I looked up information for Frozen's sequel,I found something that baffled my mind beyond belief. It was an article, which stated that Idina Menzel herself,is a supporter for making Elsa a lesbian and giving her a girlfriend.
Where the hell do I even begin with this idea...? Well, let's start with what my reaction towards it was.
When I first saw this yesterday,I was both sad and furious.Even when I had class in the morning,I couldn't shake this out of my head.I think this is even worse than that time they said they're going to show a mais playful side of Elsa!
Before we...

So I never really got to experience much of fashion-culture growing up and have just recently begun to give it any focus or attention. I have heard of the rule that "Redheads shouldn't wear pink." and I have seen some people discuss this here on FanPop in terms of Ariel and her rosa, -de-rosa dress. I have also read many comments debating Aurora's famous "Blue vs. rosa, -de-rosa Dress". In those discussions, I heard a talented user on this site, link say things like "She's a Winter." etc. I thought that was so fascinating! I had never heard of this concept before so I decided to look into it. That is how I came...

Hi everyone! I recently learned about the Bechdel Test from a friend and have been wanting to write this artigo ever since. This test is, at its core, an analysis of how women are portrayed in popular culture. It reveals how much women tend to revolve around men in films, books, etc. To pass the test, a film (or any other work of fiction) must meet three requirements: the film must (1) have at least two named female characters (2) who talk to each other (3) about something other than a man. It seems so simple, right? Unfortunately a surprising number of films fail in at least one of these...

Hello guys! Here's the first part of the countdown dedicated to disney Princesses Couples Month! All DP kisses were included. The most part of the kisses eliminated are from sequels, but there are also some kisses from original filmes that I've never expected to see out. The segundo part will be upload once the countdown will end!

31.Pocahontas and John Rolfe: First Kiss.

It was to be expected, this couple isn't appreciated a lot. Their faces weren't even seen when they kissed; definitively it's the worst DP kiss.

I hate Pocahontas with John Rolfe... ~LauraLane

30.Cinderella and Prince Charming:...

Why don't they sell princess dresses like these? I'd buy the heck out of these!
Why don't they sell princess dresses like these? I'd buy the heck out of these!
Since it's Veteran's Day, I thought I'd use some rare time off to write an article. The only artigo idea I could think of that wouldn't take all dia to research and explore would be a list of princess "peasant" dresses rated in order from the ones I like least to the one I'm seriously considering commissioning my Ren Faire friends to sew for me.

Most people seem to amor the princesses' fancy, sparkly, poofy ballgowns, or their iconic princess dresses. I personally was never a fan. I'm a real stickler for comfort and practicality. Ballgowns tend to be made with a material I find uncomfortable...

First of all ignorant Ariel haters are advised not to read this because I am being brutally honest and not holding back. For those who say I'm being harsh they show no respect for Ariel's fãs and treat her like she's some kind of heartless monster so I don't owe them one bit of respect and will not show them any because they don't deserve it. Also I will not be doing the cliche of comparing Ariel to Merida, I've already done that in my Ariel vs Merida article. Besides, people do that enough already and I can't stand this war between them, it's really annoying. However I will be comparing her...

Third artigo in three days? I have a life..heh...heh..ANYWAYS, I've heard multiple times people calling Elsa complex, but they usually don't give an argument to back that up, so I decided to write this! I've also heard a lot of complaints from Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante haters asking how Elsa is so complex, so I'm composição literária this for that as well. Anyway let's get started! I hope you enjoy! :)

Characteristics of a Complex Character (gotten online):

1. He or she undergoes an important change as the plot unfolds.

2. The changes he or she experiences occur because of his or her actions or experiences in the story.

3. Changes...
