Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs: With a Smile and a Song

I think this song showcases Snow White's optimism and philosophy of life (that you're "the one who can fill the wolrd with sunshine") very well, and it has a lovely tune and poetic lyrics.

There's no use in grumbling/When raindrops come tumbling/Remember you're the one/Who can fill the wolrd with sunshine

Cinderella: A Dream is a Wish Your coração Makes

This song has a wonderful message, in my opnion, and it's really catchy. Not in an annoying way, though, because the tune is very soothing. The part where the mice and birds cadastrar-se in the cantar is really jolly and cute, and I also amor their mais upbeat reprise of the song.

No matter how your coração is grieving/If you keep on believing/The dream that you wish will come true

Sleeping Beauty: I Wonder

Ah, this song is very romantic, poetic and I can relate to it so much, because, like Aurora, I also want to find the "someone who'll bring back a amor song to me". I amor how it showcases Aurora's philosophical, curious nature.

I wonder why each little bird has a someone/To sing to/Sweet things to/A gay little amor melody

The Little Mermaid: Part of Your World

I amor the lyrics to this song, how it showcases Ariel's thirst for knowledge and exploring and the feminism in it: "Bright young women, sick of swimming, ready to stand". This song, especially this line, has been popping in my mind a lot recently.

Beauty and the Beast: Belle

This song is so catchy and fun! I amor the lyrics and the upbeat feel this song has. I amor Belle's and Gaston's solos, but my favoritos are the villagers's parts. I think it's worth noting they do not diminish or mock Belle: they comment on her dreamy behavior and call her "strange but special".

Look there she goes that girl is strange no question/Dazed and distracted, can't you tell?

Aladdin: A Whole New Wolrd

This song is just brillant! I amor the lyrics, the instrumental, the feel, everything! I'm not a fã of Aladdin's voice, but it doesn't bother me. I amor Jasmine's, though: it's one of my favoritos and suits the character's sweet, dreamy side.

Pocahontas: TIE - as cores of the Wind and Mine, Mine, Mine

I can't decide right now: as cores of the Wind is a very powerful song, with great lyrics. It's a masterpiece. But Mine, Mine, Mine is so fun and catchy!

For whether we are white or copper skinned/We need to sing with all the voices of the mountains/We need to paint with all the as cores of the wind

My rivals back home/It's not that I'm bitter/But think how they'll squirm/When they see how I glitter!

Mulan: Honor to Us All

This song is so much fun! I amor disney songs were everyone randomly cadastrar-se in the singing. Overall, this is a delightfully cheery song.

Destiny, guard our girls/And our future as it fast unfurls/Please look kindly on these cultured pearls/Each a perfect porcelana doll

The Princess and the Frog: Almost There

This song is so inspirational! I'm really envious of Tiana in this song, because I'm not motivated and hard-working like her XD I also amor the jazzy, fast tune.

There's been trials and tribulations/You know I've had my share/But I've climbed the mountain, I've crossed the river, and I'm almost there

Tangled: I See the Light

This song is so romantic, and it showcases Rapunzel's and Eugene's character developments so well. I amor the lyrics and the tune, and these floating lanterns are just - wow! Beautiful!

And it's like the fog has lifted/And at last I see the light/And it's like the sky is new

Brave: Touch the Sky

I don't remember Brave's sountrack so well, but Touch the Sky is fresh in my memory. It's so fun to listen to, and also inspirational. It's an unique song in the disney Princess Franchise, and it showcases Merida's thoughts, feelings and desires very well.

Frozen: Let It Go

Let It Go is just amazing! I amor everything: the scene, the lyrics, the instrumental and especially Idina Menzel's voice! It's an inspirational, uplifting song.

Persephone713 I like your list and how you used some songs that are not the so called official song for the Princess. I also like both the Pocahontas songs. Pocahontas and Mulan are two of the most underrated movies in the Princess line-up in my opinion. Same with the Disney era classics like Snow- Sleeping Beauty. I too feel that way, when I hear " I wonder".

You'll notice that characters created around the same time as each other tend to share traits that are popular at the time or big with the artist/director/etc who works with them.

However, I'm not here to talk about personalities. Those have already been covered por many interesting authors who explore the topics far mais effectively than I could. What I want to talk about is common overarching themes I have noticed in each generation of princesses.

I don't see him giving any wedgies at all. If anything, I think he'd be the one receiving them from everyone else.

Just like with the Prince, I don't see Charming giving any wedgies. He might give the occasional wedgie, but only to the Prince.

I'll be judging their actions based off not only the original filmes but in the sequels and TV series'. People say that Ariel never learned a lesson in The Little Mermaid and that she never really was sorry for what she did. I kind of agreed with this until I watched The Little Mermaid last night, and I realized that she does actually learn a lesson.

When people like to defend Ariel, they tend to point to this line:

The Legendary Princesses

I've been wanting to do this for a long time. So, here you go, my favorito moment from each disney Princess film. Here are the ground rules.
1.The princess has to be in the scene. Obviously aladdin and Sleeping Beauty will have to suffer for that.
2.They can't be musical numbers. Otherwise this entire artigo would be nothing but songs.
