With her horse Phillipe by her side and all packed with the few belongings she has the pair set off on the long journey about a days ride that night as they are traveling through the forest they are being chased by a pack of wolves all the way into Paris saved by Claude Frollo a religious man trying to rid Paris of the Gypsies and their witch craft. So memorized by her beauty he takes her in to live with him at the Palace of Justice where she meets Pheobus Frollo's newest captain of the guard. The two become close but Pheobus hides his feelings from Belle in order to protect her not only from the kayos in the city but from Frollo himself what will become of Belle as she continues to stay in Paris find out in Beauty.
