I think that the first two options sound most likely. But I guess it depends on how Damon finds out about Katherine. I would like it if Damon told Elena that he thought he was kissing HER not K-Bitch. But...I don't know if that will happen. I really don't mind, as long as we get a DE scene where there's lots of chemistry. I need a new scene of them together - I'm so getting withdrawal symptoms.
