I seriously start to doubt it after the last episode. I mean she cares about Damon and he's important to her but Stefan has always been the guy she's STRONGLY in love with. Damon is always "the third one". And she's loyal and she'd never cheat on him. It hurts me to say it, but I think it's true.

I picked YES because as a huge Delena fan I still hope that she will.
But I have to agree with berry18 that it'll be difficult for the writers. How will they do it? From the one brother that she loves so so much, now she what? Goes to the another? I really hope that they do it in a "REAL" way no like in the other tv shows where "everybody is with everybody" (although luckily it's not TVD style =D)

At the moment she just loves Stefan. However, as the seasons go on, her feelings for Damon will be developed and at first she will deny her feelings for him and convince herself that she just loves Stefan, but eventually she will accept her feelings for Damon. I'm thinking that at first it will probably be like in the books where she "loves" both Damon and Stefan, but then IMO she realises Damon is the person (well vampire LOL) that she is supposed to be with. End of Vampire Diaries xD.

Like Elena said in one of the episodes, they have this understanding and I'm pretty sure as the story goes on and on, she'll realise another signs. You can see that Damon has changed a lot, he'll never be that good guy like Stefan is, but I think Elena will discover that Damon is really passionate, he can care about the people he loves more than Stefan if he really does love them, he just doesn't show that to everyone and he will show that to Elena. That scene where Damon opened his heart for 'Elena' (Katherine)it really showed what kind of person he can be.

Btw. even Kevin Williamson has said that it's always gonna be about Stefan and Elena, but a lot of it depends on fans too, so keep shipping Delena maybe maybe maybe Delena will be the end game.

I wish you were right katie, but Sadly I don not see it. All is about Stefan and Elena as producers are saying over and over again. I don´t see them that brave to choose Elena and Damon.

^^It is only season 1, and they have to take into account that what the fans want and most fans want Delena. Also, if they said Stelena were definately going to be end game then it would be predictable and not worth watching.

she will love both for different reasons...she wont ever stop loving stefan ...but maybe love him less casue she'll also have damon to.

I always read how much Elena loves Stefan... but why I on´t really see that big love for him from her. Except that she always talk, I don´t see there more love for Stefan then for Damon. Whenever the two brothers are in danger, it´s always weir how she always care for BOTH of them not just Stefan and don´t see her concerning about Stefan more then Damon. Her actions speak louder then words...

Elena will always love Stefan :( but that doesn't mean that along the way, she will develope feelings for Damon. In fact, I think she already has. :)
