No it's totally not fair!!! DAMON GETS BLAMED FOR EVERYTHING!!! and the sad thing is...MOST OF IT ISN'T HIS FAULT!!

Considering Damon was occupied being tied from the ceiling and tortured at the time of Finn's murder, I think that's a tad unfair lol. Although it does annoy me when Damon gets the blame for everything, not that he's a saint (thank god), but half the time it's not actually his fault.
