Batman: Arkham Knight Trailer Gives First Look at Harley Quinn Pre-Order DLC
Batman: Arkham Knight will allow you to take on the role of the Joker’s favorite side-kick, Harley Quinn. Playing through missions specifically tailored for the character, much like the Joker and Catwoman missions from Batman: Arkham Asylum and Arkham City respectively. Of course, like those missions, you’ll have to pre-order the main game to get it, so if the trailer interests you then you’ll want to get your order in before Batman: Arkham Knight launches for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on June 23rd.
This new trailer offers up a lot of info for the pre-order exclusive DLC. It seems like there will only be one main mission where you play as Harley Quinn, instead of the interweaved story that Catwoman featured in Batman: Arkham City. Harley will feature her own animations of course, but also seems to have unique movesets and abilities. This story seems to act as a precursor to the main narrative in Batman: Arkham Knight, with Harley infiltrating Blüdhaven in order to rescue Poison Ivy. This fits well with previous incarnations of the characters who were often very close friends.
After a few unfortunate delays, Batman: Arkham Knight finally launches June 23rd for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
