Effy is not in the US version it is Eura & she is a completely different character. & we havent even seen her yet at least we only seen he for like a segundo over a year ago

Eura is supposed to be Effy.Shes Tonys little sister.But no one can compete with Kaya/Effy.Shes gorgeous without even trying. over a year ago
