YG Entertainment denies signing actor Son Ho Joon 

YG Entertainment has responded to reports saying the agency has signed actor Son Ho Joon.

YGE stated, "It\'s not true that Son Ho Joon is under YG. His contract with

MBK Entertainment ends in June, so we can\'t say anything as of yet." Son Ho Joon\'s current agency MBK Entertainment also responded, "Our exclusive contract with Son Ho Joon ends in June. We\'ll support him going to whatever agency he wants."

tvN\'s "Three Meals a Day" and is currently starring in the SBS drama \'Miss Cop\'.

We\'ll have to wait to see which agency Son Ho Joon signs with!

It\'s a contract issue, you cannot disclose anything negotiated until the  client is already released from a current contract. Wouldn\'t it be weird  if let\'s say  Agency A will say, oh yea , artist B will be signed in our company after his contract will expire next month.  That\'s unethical. Common sense.

It\'s also a serious offense in Korea. MBK could take legal action. Apparently the dolt who leaked that was an intern or a friend or someone very dense.

what\'s the point of denying it if they\'re going to confirm it later.. if they know when his contract end it\'s cause it\'s been discussed. and is yg literally signing anybody who wants to join yg? what ever happened to exclusivity!

They\'re wanting to expand that division and they\'re offering attractive incentives. That is a positive for YG. They\'ve never been greedy with their talent.

I won\'t be surprised if YG signs with Son Ho Joon. Cha Seung Won really likes working with him on Three Meals a Day and regards him like a son so he may have sound it out to YG.

Wait a month and YG: Oh yeah he\'s now signed with us.
