They're just really cute and romantic. I don't really get people who ship Sparrabeth, especially those who ship it seriously. It was obvious all along who Elizabeth loved, as well as who would realistically be the best choice for her. I think those shippers just choose the character they'd prefer personally, ignoring the actual story.
