anywhere between a few days to over a month. It all depends on the mood that I'm in, or whether I've gotten sick of looking at the same thing. I also like to create sounds to go with them (if possible). Not sounds for everything, just start-up, shut-down, program errors, questions, emptying the recycle bin, and sometimes exclamations. I've had a wallpaper up with Spike since around the start of the New Year, with Spike and some Buffy sound wavs programmed for those things. So far I've created seven different sets of sound schemes for my wallpapers, and I've been collecting wavs to create others.

It depends, but usually about every month or so, I find another pic I want to use. Often it's a seasonal one.
