I couldn't say a word. What would I say? I stared down at the anxious face of Elisbeth. My whole world had paused for a moment. Although I hadn't known this child well, I felt so close to her. Maybe it's because I've been where she is - Or maybe it's just a hybrid thing; But either way I didn't wan't anything to happen to Elisabeth.

I refused to watch the large, mahogany door that closed behind us. Rejected to acknowladge the awful truth that only moments ago, the few words I was told, Has now effected everything. I was scared for Elisabeth.

I looked down in Elisbeth's direction. She may be small, But I'm sure she understood.

Carefully, She walked across the masonry flooring, matching up each of her steps to a stone. About to take a step, Elisabeth paused. She bit her lip, A bewildering expression across her face.

I stopped, turning towards her.

"Is somthing Amiss?"

Elisabeth walked silent. Each of her acts, just as careful as the last. The matched steps continued until we reached the end of the hallway.

"I'm Going to die, Aren't I?"

My body turned rigid at the words. Her voice was smooth, even. As if she had accepted it, like there was no other choice. I knelt infront of her.

"Elisabeth, Nobody is going to hurt you."

She watched me for a moment - Her red eyes staring hopefully into mine. I noticed blue specks starting to break through the crimsion, Her eye colour was starting to return back to normal. In a rápido, swift moment she wrapped her arms around me kneck, pulling me into a hug.

She found confindence in my words, But it worries me to know that my words weren't all truth.

She let go for a moment, wandering towards the large doors in the front.

"Renesmee, Can we go outside?"

I thought for a moment, She hadn't been out in days, a little fresh air might do her good. There is a large field she could run around in..I smiled and nodded my head. excited, she ran out.

"Stay in the field!" I called as she sprung through the door.

I walked outide, following after her.


She happily skipped off into the field, her golden hair blowing wildly as she ran around.
She seemed happy enough.

I watched her explore her surroundings. The warm, Italian air was nice this time of day. I heard the door creak open from behind me, I noticed Jacob there.

I smiled, "Jake!" I wrapped my arms around him.

I felt happier with Jacob. Although somthing seemed off, He seemed tense; worried. Then it hit me - I had almost forgot through all of this comotion what ..Alec..had done.

"Is everything alright?" I asked, My voice a little lower.

"Is everything alright?" He repeated, challenging my question.

"Jacob, Whatever Alec said -"

"Do you amor him?" He asked sincerly.

I watched him for a moment. His eyes weren't judgemental, but rather inquisitive..

"Jacob, I amor you. And only you."

He bit his lip for a moment, watching me. "But Alec said-"

UGH!

"Alec is delusional!"

..Delusional, insane, annoying...

I wrapped my arms around him again -

"Jacob, I amor you and Only you. Nothing Has, is or ever will change that, Okay?"

I looked up at him, A smile spread across his face. "I amor you too, Nessie."

I sat down on the steps beside Jacob, Watching Elisabeth play about.

She jump around in the tall grass, Catching small butterfly's that were always just out of her reach.

"Jake?"

"Mmhm?"

"What made you think that I would just leave you for Alec?"

"I don't know, I just don't wan't to lose the one I amor to a filthy bloodsucker again."

He stopped as soon as his words came out.

"..Again?" I asked confused.

He was silent -Sitting very still he seemed regretful of the words that he let spill.

" Renesmee, It's nothing to worry about" He said trying to assure me.

Suddenly I was intrigued, What was he talking about?

"Jacob is there somthing I should know?"

He bit his lip, turning to me. He stared at me for a moment.

"Promise you won't get mad?"
