The only reason the Twilight vampiros can't have children is because the women's body can not change. Can not provide nutrition, can not grow to hold the child, and they do not have monthly cycles to have children. Men stay the same from birth to death. So, Bella, being human, can do all the things I just listed that vampiros can not. Does that help any? Hope so.

I think VampiresRevenge is probably right and you are probably thinking of Rosalie, who is the girl in the picture here. She is not Bella's daughter. However, Bella and Edward do have a daughter in the fourth book, and her name is Renesmee.

pretty much male vamps don't lose there ability to have kids once they are turned so once Edward and Bella had sex they conceived Renesmee and Bella had her right before she was turned por Edward during labor. The best thing you can do is read the books and if your not a reader you may try to find an audio version of Breaking Dawn.
