how do i cadastrar-se roleplays and post in them?

This would probably be something to post in a role-play club as they would be able to help with the problems.

It could be a lag in your computer that isn't allwoing you to see the latest activity (when I had dial-up this happened all the time).

Again, try asking in the role-play group as they would know mais about it.
