Is there any other series like True Blood, that you would recommend me to read?

um, I can suggest, Vampire Academy por Richelle Mead or Morganville vampiros por Rachel Caine... but I don't think my suggestions fit your needs :/

The Succubus series would be up that ally. The first one is very very good. It is called Succubus Blues.

The Chicagoland vampiros series por Chloe Neill! One of all-time fave vamp series. It's like True Blood in the sense that the vampiros in this series also recently outed themselves.

Also vampire politics play a big role in the stores like in TB/Sookie Stackhouse series. Instead of areas and kingdoms, vamps in this series belong to vampire houses. Each house has their own traditions/culture. Chicago is a major vamp city, with three houses calling it home: Cadogan, Navarre, and Grey.

The main character, Merit, is turned into a vampire, without her consent after she was attacked and near death. She is changed por Ethan Sullivan, Cadogan House Master.

A major part of the 1st book is Merit's struggle with the life-altering change, being a new Cadogan vamp, and her reluctance to live under Ethan's command.

There are 3 books so far, the 3rd actually released earlier this month. 4th is scheduled for release seguinte year.

I propose you to read : the vampire diaries ; it's awesome and there is a tv show :)

If it doesn't have to be about vampires, then I recommend dexter series :)
