who agrees that Dunken is jack the ripper in the Londres episode (not aired)

no because while courtney and gwen were looking for jack the ripper they found duncan witch hapend to be the time when jack the ripper almost kidnaped noah but owen captured him.

Ezekiel was Jack the Ripper in that episode.
Duncan was found por Gwen and Courtney when they were looking for Jack the ripper, and that is How Duncan returns to TDWT.

I think Gwen and Courtney was just lucky that they found Duncan. Chris probably made up the rules as they go *shrugs*. They left clues for the challenge, and nothing suggest Duncan. I don't think they even knew where Duncan was at all. So Jack the Ripper is Ezekiel in costume.
..Then again, I haven't seen the Londres episode since last week *shrugs*.
