Do you think the Wizard is really evil? or good at heart?

I always get so confused with this guy. anyone who truly knows I would amor to hear your opinion.

In Wicked I definately consider him to be evil. Apart from everything else he does he basically drugs and rapes Elphaba's mother, and in the play he tries to do the same thing to Glinda.

good post, but just remember that Wicked isn't very accurate to the true Oz stories. It's just a book that is made for the entertainment for adults. I don't know if you heard, but there will be an Oz prequel movie coming out seguinte ano about how the Wizard came to rule, and from what I heard, he is supposedly an immature bastard at first, but then later he matures and becomes a good guy. disney said that it will be truly based on the original stories. Just so you know:)

Yeah, I know that Wicked was not written por l Frank Baum, so it could be said that it is not a "true" Oz story, but I just thought I would mention it. Also, I have heard about that movie you are talking about, as well as one or 2 other Oz filmes that are supposed to be coming out. I hadnt read too much about them though, so that is cool to hear your descrição of the movie.
