My brother and I never thought of our Simba plushie as Simba- we gave it an evil personality with the same name. We never thought of our electronic cantar cub as Simba either- we left it turned off so we could have conversations with the personality we gave it. I'm watching or peeking one of the episodes of The Lion Guard with my nephew and... I'm having so many moments where I'm sighing and putting my hands on my forehead... and found out that James Earl Jones only voiced Mufasa for a one time only thing, and for Pumbaa I can't tell... and I found one other positive for this series is that it brings attention for the animais over at Africa (especially lions) with the conversation fund thing. I've seen the Lion Guard TV movie and uh... I have mix emotions.... I'm happy, sad, furious, disappointed, and other emotions. Like the biggest smile that I had from the little movie is that, they kept the classic soundtrack in the beginning (before it got to the edited part...) , the fact that Timon, Pumbaa, and Rafiki didn't lose their charm and the voices for both Pumbaa and Mufasa. I've seen that Mufasa family árvore video and oh sweet lord jesus they have it wrong, like 80% wrong and 10% right. I'm literally ranting because of how much they got the story wrong... I- I oh my god I'm disappointed about to be turned in to mad at how much they got the story wrong, I mean they got it right as far as getting from the start of the movie to the end but the way it got there they got it wrong again in a way...
