So far there hasn't been an announcement of him returning in season 3. However that doesn't mean he absolutely won't. Guest estrela appearances are usually announced around the time a show returns to tv, or during a season, so it would be really early if we knew such a thing already. I read the episodes of season 3 aren't even written jet, so they might write him in once they know if and when he's want to return.
So just because we don't know yet, doesn't mean we can't hope for it! Let's all keep our fingers crossed we will see Michael J. raposa on The Good wife again!
I don't know, but I truely hope he makes another appearence. He is great on the show. Then again, any show to be lucky enough to be graced por an appearence from Michael J. raposa is worth watching.
