Were the Gazette members ever a roadie for Dir en grey?

I've heard that before they formed the Gazette, some of the members were roadies for Dir en grey. But I haven't found much proof for this. And quite frankly, it's a little hard to believe.

Does anyone have extra info on this?

btw, I checked your comment and maybe this is the interview. They don't mention who it is anyway.

It's the first time I heard about something like this actually, and I don't think it's true.
Before they formed the GazettE, they were in different bands and the info about them, is quite inexistent, not to mention what we know about them before being in those bands (which is also very little info).
If they had their own bands before forming the GazettE, how could they be roadies for Dir en Grey at the same time? In my opinion, they couldn't.
As far as I know, most band members have gone trough 2, 3 or mais different bands before reaching the GazettE, so like I said before, they couldn't be roadies for Dir en Grey while being at those bands as well.
Kai could have been a roadie for them as he is a fã of Dir en grey and has only been in one band before the Gazette, but still I don't believe it.

From what I heard, Ruki was a raodie for Dir. But I don't believe it, either. I hear people say that gazette was influenced por dir because of the whole roadie thing. But as far as I can tell, they don't sound simular, let alone influenced.

Ruki? He would be the last person I would think of as a roadie. I do see some of the similarities between the GazettE and Dir en Grey, but influences.. not really.

lol why wouldn't Ruki be a roadie? Totally imaginable. Maybe with early dir en grey there's some simularities, but I still don't think they are simular enough to be linked in any way.

I don't know.. I can't seem to imagine him being one :/ But that depents on how someone sees both bands. I can't say much about early Dir en Grey anyway..
