Hey! So I saw your pergunta and I used to wonder the same thing! So the reason Barry's mom remains dead is even though the Reverse Flash is wiped from existence, Barry's mother was still killed in some timeline. Also, when Barry goes back to save her the segundo time, he does not. I don't know about the car accident part though, sorry,
