Yeah, but not any mais than all other humans. He was saying it's a relative thing. She thinks Time Lords look like humans, but from his perspective humans look like Time Lords.

I'm now going to say what everyone else has. Yes, he did, but technically, we (humans) are very distantly related to Timelords. I think it was the Timelords that first settled Earth, then integrated the Timelord blood, so now there's none left (which still holds with Evolutionary ties).

He said something along the lines of "Humans look Time Lord, we came first."
