The Black Forest Organization is just a roleplay place- kinda. There are some exceptions. In order to cadastrar-se you need a character obviously. They cannot be a fã character!

Character Requirements:
-Not a fã character.(Ex: Sonic FC, MLP FC, etc.)
-Not a mary sue. I will take actions if you are being one!
-Have atleast 1-5 good fighting qualities about them! Yes they can be sobrenatural or just normal strength. If it's a power like Super strength balance it out with a small power and then quit. If you go any further you'll be a mary sue.
