we need a new look! yeah, if u agree, you can submit all of your suggestions here.

I think it's better if we pick a motto and banner first. then, we'll pick a matching icon :D

PLEASE NOTICE:
- Banners MUST be 800x100
- Icons don't have to be 100x100 but they HAVE to be square

LET'S MAKE SOME CHANGES GUYS :D
