Here's what I have to say :
Sonic is not interested in romance. Only in the Archie comics. And possibly, the Sonic X series and the other series.
He's too busy saving the world in the games, so he doesn't have time for love. Sonic doesn't like Amy, and I hate Sonally, but it may be possible he secretly has feelings for Amy. For some boys can be rather shy around girls and do silly things ... claiming they don't like them, meanwhile they do. I believe in SonAmy and I would really like it to happen, I've loved Amy ever since I first saw her at seven years old ..... in Sonic Adventure DX. I always loved her since then, and I HATE it when someone says she is stupid. But what can I say? That's their opinion. Everyone has different opinions and it could be either couple that could make it. All I'm really saying is ... Sonic isn't dating anyone at the moment besides Sally in the comics, but in my opinion, I think those comics are dumb. No offence to anyone who likes them. It's just I don't. But I believe in SonAmy, even though it's unlikely it will happen, but it could happen, so I'm getting my hopes up. Go SonAmy!! ;)

Sonic shows many hints that he likes her, SEGA says also that Sonic does have feelings for Amy, but he's very, very shy. Also, in the special manual in the Sonic Rings game, it listed Amy as Sonic's secret amor interest.

Sonic may amor Sally Acorn, but she doesn't exist. Only in the Archie comics that were given permission por SEGA that they can make their "fan fiction comics." Though, Sonic X and the Sonic games are canon, Sonic and Amy are the real thing.

Amy and Sonic will most likely not get married, but it is possible for them to date. Like the creator of Sonic said, "Something between them may happen very soon." :) Hope this helped.

To everyone on here, I have to say this. I don't give a fuck who Sonic likes! Sonic couples are ruining this fandom! I understand if you want Sonic and Amy together, but that shouldn't mean you need to hate Sally! I have been in this fandom for only a few months, but I'm already starting to regret it! sonic probally does but there is no way i can prove of it in the tv show sonic x he does have amor feeling. Episode 52 in japanese amy was worried about sonic when he was gone and amy had a fight with him and said her feelings and she would wait for ever even if she was old to wait for sonic coming back, she just wanted sonic to say "i amor you" and he gets on a knee with a white rose in his hand but the creators muted his voice on purpose so there was no existing of him saying i amor you. the reason for this is because the creators wanted the fãs to make there own predictions and to make it a topic for the fãs to talk about also if sonic did say it it would ruin other sonic shows but if you go to episode 69 japanese there amy retells the story (the editors make it say "there amy, i miss you alot" when it should of said "there amy i amor you alot") and amy is bringing him to amor everything she wouldn't do that unless sonic said i amor you also sally and sonic is a good amor couple in the archie comics. Well in the comics, he and Sally dated and they almost got married, but do to a whole bunch of mess that happened they didn't last. But their great friends now. As for Amy, well I don't know, but apparently they got married. I don't think it will last long, since Sonic is known to be a bit of a player. That and they most likely just made it canon because of all the rabid Sonamy fans, cuz some of them are just....crazy, not All of them, but damn.
In my opinion Sonic should stay single, marriage just kind of ruins his image a bit.

There's mais than one Sonic universe with the games and shows and all that, so Sonic's amor interest is Sally in SatAM and Archie, and then Amy in Boom and X. He doesn't have a amor interest in the games, though. The closest might be Blaze (possibly because of that one scene in Black Knight, unless I'm remembering it wrong) or Tiara. (Who's game was cancelled) I guess there's Elise, too, who despite controversy is the only character Sonic has actually shown interest in, although the events of 06 were erased. ...That said, I'd be hard pressed to say that Jet isn't a amor interest, considering how he acts after the first Sonic Riders game.
