Of course, since Rouge is all over Shadow, she wont be too friendly to Mina.
But still, I think they'd meet because Mina is duking it out with some villan, and the villan somehow blows a soco at Mina, and she got really hurt, and then, when the villan is about to throw the finishing punch, Shadow comes out of somewere and rescues Mina. Then, they soon get to know each other, then are really close friends, then fall in love...
