What's with her nose?

What does that mean? It's in the middle of her face and is used for smelling...? Isn't that "what's with" everyone's noses?

She has a small nose- just like every part of her is small. She's so petite all over-- it's adorable.

Her nose is her nose. She was born with it and her mothers is exactly the same. I think that it suits her perfectly and that there is NOTHING wrong with it, despite what many people say about it.
