There are just so many great Russian bands and singers out there, it's hard to pick just five, but I was able to narrow it down. With three honorable mentions of course; СЛОТ, She-Za, and Линда.

t.A.T.u. will always have a special place in my heart. This Russian duo was my first experience with Russian música and my first experience with the lgbt community. I think that the band shed some light on lgbt themes and helped me appreciate different kinds of amor better.
