Rose McGowan Is Sending a Message to the \'Gun Nuts\' on Twitter

Rose McGowan attends the Soho Beach House tent closing party during Art Basel on Saturday (December 5) in Miami Beach, Fla.

The 42-year-old actress was joined at the event by young star Lily Collins.

Rose has been tweeting her thoughts on gun control in relation to the rise in shootings and death caused by gun use.

“You gun nuts fighting for your “right” to shoot animals (I mean, wtf is wrong with you?) is killing the rest of us. Have you no empathy?” Rose wrote. “355 shootings this year. Well done you f*cking idiots.”

“You should only be allowed to buy a gun if you’ve completed the evolutionary cycle. #fact” Rose continued. “Empiric evidence shows a direct correlation between loving guns and not being able to spell.”
