HELP!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!

My hairless pet rato Crackers hasn't been atuação like herself.
She use to be extremely active,hyper, and annoying but today she was as slow as a tartaruga and usually when I hand her comida she'll almost bit my finger of now she could barley hold it!!!!! i can't take her to the vet either cause the money so please some one help me!!!!!!! .><.
