How come Fanpop's contacts aren't working?

Fanpop's Chatting System isn't working in general. A similar pergunta was recently asked. As I said there, add this to the list of issues that need to be eventually fixed on this Website !!!!

I think the admins are letting this place crumble. I asked them about stuff, and still no response.
