Why are there chinese writings or whatever in different clubes can some one tell me what hell is going on

It's a massive spam attack that the F4 hasn't addressed yet for whatever reason.
It's a complete mystery as to what's happening exactly. Everyone I've spoken to about it is confused.
The best thing to do is probably just ignore it and denunciar the user until something is done.
