So, I'll just go with my general category, but I amor all mexican food, especially when I make it myelf, with plenty of chili and capsicum, chicken, chili beans, black beans, rice, and guacamole/salsa, plus anything else that goes well in mexican food. Also, the mais authentic, the better. I really amor the tortillas my mum does, she cooks chicken breast, then shreds it and adds onion, cream cheese, chili and coriander. Then puts it in the wraps, then bakes them in the dish covered in red or green tomatoes. YUM!!!
