What do you do to take care of muscle cramps when they happen?

Usually, if I stretch a certain way my body doesn't like, it will give me a cramp in the leg and it'll hurt pretty bad if I don't rub it really hard. Sometimes it'll happen during sleep as well.

I believe drinking soda may be the cause of many muscle cramps and that avoiding soda all together would prevent most of them from happening. Also, bananas and amendoim manteiga usually make me feel better with all the potassium and whatnot.

Not sure if this works for anyone else out there, but it seems to work for me!

Honestly, thats very interesting. I get muscle cramps all of the time (Probably cause I excersise a lot) But you should try avoiding soda to see if that helps a bit.

I should exercise. I always do it for like a week straight... and then say "fck it" and forget about it. Stupid fast comida comes along later on days where I need to rush out to work and I completely forget/give up on my goals. It's disappointing. I have no motivation for things I feel like I can not control.

Well... I don't get them very often, either, but when they happen... I think it's because I'm not very flexible or something. I'm no longer active as I used to be when I was a child. So much has changed since then. First puberty and then.. blah. Life. xD
