Mein gott.... help!

There's a shadowy man in the corner tilting his head at me..... there are spiders over and.... the man, he's tapoing his fingers. I'm probably seeing stuff as a part of my disorder....... but should I just get into my twin brother's bed? I'm freaking the hell out, and I'm serious, not even Prussia's cantar is helping!
So should I?

The cama looks like it has leeches
