If two people living with one person in a sexual relationship but they are not legally married, can they be prosecuted?

just curious :P

Corian are you kidding? No. The only thing illegal is if one (or both) are under age. If you are a minor it IS illegal -yes (see my answer below)

Don't think so, at least not any more. I think it was called 'adultery' or something.

No adultry is when a man or wife has a lover or Mistress and ever sleeps with any other person... and it is STILL called that and grounds for divorce & cause of many murders.

*husband not man (IF married and you cheat is "adultry")

I live in place called Trinidad & Tobago, most of you probably have never heard of it.

Here is a copy for where I live of some of that law:

A common-law or cohabitational relationship arises when there are two persons of the opposite sex, who not being married to each other, are living or have lived together as husband and wife. In Trinidad and Tobago, the parties to a common-law relationship have rights under the Cohabitational Relationships Act and the Distribution of Estates Act.

Most places it is considered "Statutory Rape" if a person of legal age has sexual relations with a minor, but there are some religious and cultural exceptions.

Willing & of legal age it is just called "Cohabitation"/living together & can become "Common Law" often after certain things or a period of time... as long as legal age and willing -it is just a personal choice.
