Have you ever been really terrified in your life?

Like not just scared, I mean really really scared. The point where in your heart, everything is lost or doesn't matter anymore.

This isn't that extreme but I was once at a train station and when I looked around, my parents weren't there. My coração thumped. But then they found me.
