You can't make him like you, so just go up to him and say Hi ask him if he's mad at you, if/when he says no tell him why you thought he was. The just interrupt him in the middle of a sentence say, uhm I have something. Will you go to homecoming with me?
He'll say yes or no
You'll be happy or sad
You'll cry or be close to tears
And we'll all die~

How old are you? First off you can't make him talk to you. Secondly you can't make him like you. and the harder you push him to like you the less he will. And thirdly if you want to ask him to homecoming just walk up and ask.
