How would YOU deal with this?

Ook. My family (all but me) shuns anime. They hate it. BUt my brother came up to me the other day, and said that he watched episode 1 of Soul Eater out of boredom. He told my overprotective parents about how Blair was all naked in the bathtub and stuff, and now I'm grounded. BUT I walked in on him watching Soul Eater! It turns out, he's on episode 47, and has been watching it for three months now! Plus, he still tells my parents every bad thing that happens in it, getting me grounded, all with them not realizing that he has been watching the show himself. He continues to hate anime, or so hge claims, and "just wants to see how it ends." O.e I want to kill him.

I mean how can he know all this stuff about it, without actually watching it?

I have always been on the other side of this , doing stuff like that to my sis for fun (although my parents are pretty cool and it is hard to make them ground us).I guess find a way to get him 'busted' not just tell on him.I don't get why they shun anime, my parent's aren't big fans, but I even had my dad write soul eater on dvd for me when my pc was broken... :\

You should definitely tell your parents that he has been watching it. I wonder how they think how your brother even knows all of this.. I can't believe how your parents grounded you just for watching a show. It annoys me when people ground their kids for simple things such as watching a show.. People should just let their kids do things themselves without punishing them. People should only be punished if they actually did something bad. Your brother is being a real idiot por doing this.
